LONDON, UK, 15th May 2023 - Today, VIOOH, the leading premium global digital out of home supply side platform, announced it has been recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in the UK for 2023 - with an average 93% engagement score and 18% above the industry average. VIOOH was further ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Best Places to Work for Women’ category.
The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, powered by WorkL, is a nationwide workplace survey that honours and celebrates Britain's top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.
Employees across VIOOH were surveyed on questions covering six key drivers of engagement: Reward and Recognition; Information Sharing; Empowerment; Pride; Job Satisfaction; and Wellbeing.
“At VIOOH, one of our strategic goals is to be a great place to work, where our employees are engaged, thriving, and motivated. To achieve this, we live and breathe our company values (Integrity, Make it Happen, Be Courageous, Team VIOOH and Customer Centric) in every decision we make. So to receive this award is not only an extremely proud moment for our dedicated People team and Leadership team, but it’s also a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on our employees who every day make VIOOH a great place to work with their hard work, passion, and commitment,” Jean-Christophe Conti, Chief Executive Officer at VIOOH.
“We were delighted with the results from The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 survey. Some of the standout stats included 93% of employees are happy at work, 94% are proud to work at VIOOH, and 97% stated that VIOOH cares for their wellbeing. Over the last two years, the People Team have played a huge part in developing our hybrid model and progressive programmes to focus on the health, wealth, happiness and growth of every VIOOHer. It's great to see the impact of all their hard work and recognition from the industry,” said Liz Dowling, Chief People Officer at VIOOH.
“A special thanks to our Leadership team and every VIOOHer, you should be hugely proud of this achievement. As VIOOH we’ve created an inclusive, happy and positive workplace with a unique culture where people can truly thrive,” added Dowling.
VIOOH was Highly Commended for the ‘Best Places to Work for Women’ category in part due to the company’s gender-neutral parenting policy that offers the same leave, pay, and support to all employees having a baby through pregnancy, adoption, or surrogacy, with up to 26 weeks full pay and a £5,000 return to work bonus. Moreover, female employees at VIOOH gave the company a 91.9% engagement score.
