Improving page and data loading times

Nobody likes to watch the loading circle spin around, and around... so we've been working hard to make it more 'blink and you'll miss it'.  (I even tested by trying to get a screengrab of the SSP UI's own circle loader and I can't catch it in time now - it's loading TOO FAST!)

Dashboard page loading and Diagnostics page loading will be released in our SSP update, version 1.2.1.

As part of this update, the Environment filter has been removed from the Dashboard page.

I hope you'll agree that the new sum of current loading times across the dashboard and diagnostics pages are much more pleasing...
