Improving moderation one step at a time…  

We recently deployed an update to improve our Transcoding service. Adding efficiencies for when we initiate the transcoding process.

The first stage of this enhancement is to trigger the Video transcode process only when a creative has been approved.

Creative Type must be a video, when a video has been uploaded, under the Video conversion table column you will see a status of NOT STARTED. 

Only when the creative has been approved will the transcode process commence.

Once approved the Video Conversion Status is updated to REQUESTED this means that our transcode service is now working on the conversion.

 

 

 

Once our transcode service has completed the conversion you will see an updated video conversion status of COMPLETE, your creative is eligible for trading.
