We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded ‘Technology Company of the Year’ at the British HR Awards 2022.
The British HR Awards is an annual campaign that sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.
Not only did VIOOH win ‘Technology Company of the Year’, but our Head of People Liz Dowling was also highly commended in the ‘Leader of the Year’ category. Liz joined VIOOH at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and spearheaded our Future VIOOH work, building our hybrid working model and helping position VIOOH as we are today, providing an amazing people-first experience for our employees.
Firms taking part in the awards included innovative start-ups to tech unicorns, global giants, not for profits, and everything in between. Winners were revealed at a special celebration event in London, hosted by comedian Sally-Anne Hayward.

Over the past 24 months, we have put our VIOOHer’s experience at the heart of what we do, so it is wonderful to see that we have been recognised as leading the way by New Possible and their judging panel, “ said Jane Mason, Chief People Officer at VIOOH.
“Through our Future VIOOH programme, we’ve partnered with our leaders, senior management, and our incredible People Team to co-create a model that will help VIOOH win in the market by attracting, developing, and retaining brilliant and diverse talent. Coupled with Liz’s hard work, dedication, and relentless execution of this programme, we were able to drive the change required to help get where we are today,” added Mason.
